Rent
Rent is specified for 24 hour periods, rent amount can be established according to valid price list (see Car rent price list). Rent can be adjusted depending on rent period and conditions.

Rent Term
Minimum lease term is 24 hours. In the event that vehicle return is delayed between 1 and 3 hours, an additional charge will be added consisting of 1/2 the price of the 24 hour rent period.

Age Restrictions
Minimum age of the driver/renter is 21 years of age.

Necessary Documents
The Driver/renter must posses a driving license of appropriate category held for at least 2 years and a valid passport.

Insurance
The rented car is insured against damages, theft and robbery, and has a valid third party insurance policy.

Payment
Payment for rental and the security deposit should be made at the begining of the rental period. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or in cash.

Administrative Violations and Loss of Documents/Keys
The Client is fully responsible for all traffic regulation violations performed during the use of the rented car. In case of loss of car keys or documents the client shall pay a penalty amount of LVL 100.

Fuel
Cars are delivered and should be returned with a full fuel tank. Refueling charge is LVL 1 per liter.
